Vinhan is a proud Canadian textile and garment manufacturing company that was established in 2018.

Our main scope in the garment industry is to provide quality work to all industrial, professional, and commercial needs. Vinhan’s core expertise is in producing medical PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) gowns, uniforms, duvet covers, and clothing projects. The team consists of 6 professionals that have been working in the garment and textile industry for over 20 years. Each of our team members consist of vast knowledge, and experience in cutting and sewing different styles.

Our team is highly trained to work with a number of specialized machines due to different projects requiring different techniques, and stitching methods. One type of specialized machine that are operated frequently would be our Ultrasonic sewing machines. These machines are used to make medical PPE gowns. We would heat weld together protective PPE materials instead of the traditional way of stitching. This method is preferred in order to make the gowns as safe, and enclosed as possible for medical professionals.

We also specialize in pattern tracing and pattern programming. This is done by generating textile patterns precisely to the desired measurements. We do this with all projects that needs to be cut and sewn.
